The creator began with Africa and travelled east. He gave all men extremely large penises, but as he travelled east he realized that he didn't have as much stock as he first thought. As he approached Asia, he reduced his givingness to compensate for his earlier generosity. Leaving Asia, he continued east to America and Australia, where he realized that his non-sparingness in Asia meant that he had a stock surplus. Not a great deal, just enough to make an average size penis. Therefore South and North America were blessed with average size penises, Africans had large penises, whilst Asians had smaller penises.
Unfortunately he didn't stop off in London, Berlin, or Moscow, meaning that the Europeans were left dickless.
