Okay guys, i've finaly figured it out with TMPG. Here we go.

Select 'MPEG Tools' in the file menu. Then go to the last tab 'Merge and Cut'. Add a file, hit 'Edit' to select the bits you want. Name the output file you want it too be, and hit RUN
