I would eat sushi every meal if there was anywhere w/in 70 miles to buy it. They actually opened a sushi restaurant here in the hills, and it wasn't bad, but just not enough customers.
Longhorn OTOH, opened and you can't go for dinner w/o an hour wait unless you go at 4PM ;)
