It's no surprise I love Sushi, I eat it almost everyday, especially since I decided to start eating healthy. Haven't had fast food in over 2 months, I've been eating healthier and cooking more and more.
Anyway, here is what is on the menu for today.
Wahoo Sashimi served with a very spicy sauce. (chef specialty)
Conch with some spicy scallop
Fresh Sweet Shrimp with some sort of minty leaf, don't know the name but it is good.
Yellow Submarine Handroll - Pacific Yellowtail, scallions, asparagus and avacado with sesame and roe.
Red Hot Chili Peppers - spicy tuna w/jalepeno, scallions, and tempura crunchies, topped with more tuna.
and some cold sake!
