Hmm, when I quickly load your page I do not see any sex appeal, any reason to stay around. It just looks like a link list - while this does well for sites like green guys linkorama and thehun and old school places perhaps you can tastefully display some thumbnails. maybe one row per day or something with US2257 compliant programs.
Vary up the banners your using, the same color scheme applies to them all which means people won't click any.
