Nothing. I was just worried because my 2 Emails wasn't answered after one week. Wich, I think is a normal reaction.
Looks like you are not getting Emails from one of the Email address you are using.
However, I phoned there and got all the help I needed and the issue I had is resolved. Your customer service is excellent...When you get your Emails !
