Yeh, it is a good deal for someone. You can't hardly rent a regular room for that, and this has a full kitchen. I am sure there are those out there who don't spend much time in their room, but want the time they do spend to be in a nice place. That is why I hate to just cancel it, without giving someone a chance at getting a suite for the price of a room.
