I think this behavior is unsatisfactory. Do your own work or PAY someone else to do it. This is not 1995 anymore. Right click save isn't cool like it used to be. ESPECIALLY for someone who deals in intellectual property.
The fact that you think this is OK makes it even worse.

I am surpised that a content provider thinks ripping someone's pages and claiming them as their own is okay. That was sort of odd.
