I don't think personal insults are actionable. However, claiming he went bankrupt could be considered libelous if it is not true. This could possibly hurt his brand. He of course would have to prove the damage done, which would be difficult, but she may end up having to pay him a chunk of change just to settle it. Plus, he may get some hot lesbian to steal her girlfriend. I think she should apologize her ass off right now.
