Well...I haven't found the URL for the espresso machine yet, but I did find a site I'd been trying to dig out of my bookmarks that has hacked objects (ones that perform new actions not in the original game, NOT objects that will in any way harm your comp if you download them!) -- it's Simslice at

Some really cool stuff there...pet rejuvenation chambers (hacked from the litter box) that give your pets green bars all the way across, human rejuvenation chambers (same thing, but hacked from the shower stall) that max out your sim's values, and other stuff.
Some of it is for donors only (I guess to cover their BW costs) and others you have to register to their forum to download, but these are really cool, weird little things.
I'm still lookin for the espresso machine.
