17 Is illegal in the UK (to show) ever if it is just fully clothed.. if it is suggestive, you can be in serious trouble... 16 is the legal fucking age here, but pics of under 18's is illegal. A law that makes no sense, but there ya go..
Just my own opinion, but I think 18 is the right cut-off line anyway.
