A cross burning case is in front of the Supreme Court.

I hate racism and bigotry, but I love The First Amendment more. If someone wants to burn 100 KKK crosses on his own property, I don't see a Constitutional issue there. If it's intimidating to some people, so be it. Many other expressions of Freedom of Speech could be intimidating to some people, as well. Are we going to limit the freedom of expression whenever it makes someone feel uncomfortable or threatened?
Your fist's freedom of expression ends when it gets to my nose. People who are intimidated by symbols need to get counseling, not Constitutional relief.
