next, you take these judgments to a "judgment recovery" firm. google for a good one. (i don't know anyone that is still in the biz, but one of my business partners did this for a living, hence my knowledge of the process.)

this person will attempt to seize assets, garnish incomes, etc in order to get your money back, in exchange for a percentage of the debt.

they'll likely want 50% or more, but you don't pay them anything upfront and you never pay if they don't recover.
