I do agree - I doubt the 12 y/o girl could/would do that. Maybe her parents did it so they could sue. Maybe it's genuine.
Either way, it's not funny
--edit to clarify: I wasn't taking a stab at you or anyone else... just wanted to state the reason I didn't find it funny!
