The mother should do MUCH more time!!!! Holding her young child down and letting a man rape her kid over 200 times?!? That poor, poor child. Her mother should receive the "eye for an eye" punishment by being held down and raped by gorillas over 200 times and THEN get put into "General Population" in prison so the other women can then tear her limb from limb.
