I'm thinking of becoming a Florida resident, like soon, and I have two questions:

1. Cheapest auto insurance in Florida?
2. More importantly, how best to avoid unpleasant subjects when applying for it such an out of state traffic accident that hasn't yet been adjudicated in court?

Anybody here been there and done that?
