My regular piercer did it. Some piercers don't do genital piercing, though -- they may not have the experience for it.
I didn't get my clit pierced -- that's waaaaay more serious than I wanna get. Actual clitoral piercings are extremely rare, so when someone says a clit piercing, they usually mean the little hood of skin around the clit. There's very few nerve endings in the hood as compared to the clit itself, so it's not as painful as it would seem.
