And take into consideration that 499 is for a base model. It will be hard finding a base model to lease.
As for the miles, the best thing to do (IMO of course) is not to worry about passing miles on a lease. I usually drive as much as i want and sell the car instead of returning it. If you list the car bout 2 months before you need to get rid of it, you will find a buyer willing to pay your asking amount (which should kinda be what you owe the dealer + down payment for new car). This way you dont have to worry about miles or wear and tear. Plus youre left with a down for the next car and if the value is there, a couple hundred in ur pocket
