If people did live near the "danger zone"..they would have been dead by now as slow as some of you get the news out.. this volcanoe has been active since early this year or later in the year 2005. its even pushed up a 200 ft spire in the middle sometime this year..was pretty wild to watch on photos taken of the crater. People are still climbing it at their own risk. I will make sure I post pictures from my climb next year...if it doesnt blow before then.
