Usually you can find rebates to upgrade for 100 bucks... the new features are extremly time-saving.

The only reason I really have the Pro version is to handle multiple currencies, I've never really had the need to upgrade and even though we do invoicing through it, it's been rather seemless so I've never upgraded. I never liked the idea of upgrading whenever Intuit feels like putting a new version
