It's amazing what cutting carbs can do.
I go through it every yeat, winter time I work out heavy to bulk up and eat anything to fuel it. ComeFeb. it's down to salads and whole wheat food. No juices only water. Within a month or so of this and cardio you will lose body fat.
I also have a great work out routine for breaking the plateau most people reach when working out. You know, when you can't get past curling those 50s. This routine is designed to break past that. It's a 30 day routine and after it you will be amazed how much more you can lift. It's designed to beat what your body gets used to. Good stuff. I'll run more by you when I see you.
