Yeah, I did a little looking too and there seems to be a little more to this than what was originally posted.
-According to the letter, the suspension of the two women was in reaction to a meeting where they both spoke out against (*their coach's name removed*).
"It is my understanding that (*models(?) name removed*) and (*OTHER girls name removed*) voiced their opinion, indicating that the team did not deserve constant verbal abuse and intimidation from the head coach ... The head coach then proceeded to summarily dismiss *** and **** from the team for poor attitudes or some such nonsense," according to *******'s letter.
-The problems within the team that led to the suspension of the two players were "things that built up over time," Edwards said.
Those don't exactly sound like a player was about to lose her scholarship because she posed naked, but rather had what the coach perceived to be a "bad attitude". Of course, that isn't saying the true story isn't being avoided either.
