Last year I started MMA and lost about 30lbs in 5 or 6 months. Since then I've been stuck at a plateau still with a good 15 more lbs. in body fat to lose to make see them poor abs again. I know the problem is my love of pasta.
So last week Ann was over and since she's in such good shape I had to ask her if she had any diet secrets. She suggested whole wheat pasta. A week later and I'm down 1% body fat already. Finally broke the plateau. THANKS! =]
