I have never claimed that he was my father. Not ever. I thought of him as being "dad" but, as I have explained on this board before, when it was brought up, Pathfinder would not allow me to call him dad. He wanted me to remember who my real dad was and frequently spoke of my real dad to keep my dad's memory alive in my mind. My real dad and Pathfinder became best friends during the Korean war. They made a bond that was never broken and it is why Pathfinder took me in, at the age of 12, when both my parents were killed in an auto accident.
