Can I ask what time you went in? Not that I'm trying to play favorites or defend - it just doesn't sound like them. But we're all human, so it may have been a bad night. But everyone I know who host on
http://www.webair.com has popped in there and never had to wait too long. I know I did once but it was after the support board was closed, and I lost track of time and forgot it was after 1am. Actually, that was the same night I had to call the support line...
As we can see from this thread ya can't please everyone all the time
