Sounds like you got some service.
From reading a dialog with a registrar and coming to the conclusion he was obiously mailing and a suspicious mailer because of his English, - takes a lot of clairvoyant capability. You need to check out the English here sometime
Sure, who knows if he's genuine or not - but hey, all the GoDaddy complaints can't be fake.
