How do I get statsremote to respond to me?
I originally emailed JB about a problem with a particular sponsor's stats in August, and just after that he disappeared. He's back now but there has been no further response. After 4 months I'm getting a little frustrated that I am paying a monthly fee for software that is not reporting correct numbers.
Email is out, I have done that enough... if I try to use the message board it asks for a user/pass but the one I supplied at signup doesn't work, and there doesn't seem to be a register link.
How do I get SR to recognise and respond to a paying customer????
