What does his spam complaints has to do with all this? That was very unnecessary and unprofessional to mention that on a message board.

Hooper was a client of LWI and he expressed his oppinion about his experiences. It's correct for you to reply to the issue he was reffering to (you didn't have the keyboard, monitor, etc...) But the spam thing is completly irrelevant.
