Yes. Amongst religious zealots.
He sends out videos every now and then, yet he can't be traced by the most powerful intelligence agencies the world over?
I don't believe he's sent any video out in sometime now. I think the last was voice only.
Doesn't he even have a bounty on his head?
Yes.
Wasn't he supposedly in the US the day of 9/11 and shuttled out on a private jet at the request and/or knowledge of the President?
No.
