LikeWhoa's customers are not your business, our downtime is not your problem, so why are you still posting?

like whoa's customers ARE everybody's business unfortunately... there are many people who lost lots of money because of your downtimes... and there are affiliate programs *cough*soulcash*cough* who i wont send traffic too just because I cant rely on their network to be up as well as affiliates of ours who use your bandwidth and are unable to send traffic when your networks are down.
So pretending that anybody is just a "hater" is silly.
I've got boxes at hurricane, abovenet, verio (our primary mission critical host via
http://www.mach10hosting.com ) and a few others that i cant remember off the top of my head... only host we ever had to leave was likewhoa. I'll never forget the moment that their techy guy Ben told me they wouldnt be able to reboot one of our machines til the next day cause they didnt have anybody at the noc...
If you pay your bills on time, a host should be a transparent part of your business and a valuable technical resource. That's why the really good hosting companies arent on boards being "hated".
