Matt doesn't reply emails. He replied only 1 email of 5 emails that I sent him during last 9 days. 1 email was sent to Devin, also no reply. Each message was concerning a separate issue. So, in general, we can say now that Submit Passes support doesn't work. Is there anybody else at SubmitPasses/GTS who will reply emails? We understand all difficulties that may have new SubmitPasses now, after it changed an owner. And we can wait if issues cannot be resolved immediately. But at least we should get our messages answered, this is a must for any service that doesn't want to loose trust of its clients.
