I've just had my account suspended due to unusual activity. This is probably due to me having just moved abroad and withdrawing money. I've been on the phone with cs (who were very prompt, polite and helpful) and Im awaiting an email to which I have to respond.

I've been told by cs that it might take up to 7 days to unlock my account. Do we have an epass rep here who could pull some strings for me and get this sorted today?
