they got quotas, since this is holiday season i'm sure they don't want to have to work 'harder' near the end of the month.
earlier this year, on the way to Phoenix Forum, i was running 80 in a carpool lane.. i repeat in a carpool lane... and Erik Estrada like pulled me over saying that the city limit is 65 (san dimas). He didn't say much, just give me ticket, and 'worked' again... as i drove.. i saw on the mirror.. he's giving another guy ticket again...
I just realized.. it was the 29th!.. so obviously he had quotas to fill.
not long after, i got a letter from DMV saying that if i got another speeding ticket, they will suspend my DL. (I had 3 in less than 2 years including one in Texas)
so be carefull my friend! those out-of-state tickets will show.
