So I'll bump up my program to be 50% of the first billing... now what about recurring? What would you (anybody) like to see on that program for a recurring percentage?

Another thing im wondering is how to go about finding good affiliates... i mean the best are going for programs that have been up and running with a stable track record and good rep etc... but for new programs out there, how can one go about finding affiliates at all? Obviously a good program (which is the point of this thread lol) is an attraction... a good selection of high quality promotional tools of all sorts will be a big part of it... but where do we find these guys? Is getting a banner ad on rotation on sites like GFY and Cozy a great investment, or a total waste etc?
