rss2blog support has sucked for several months now. Michelle used to be great at keeping up with Blogger's continual changes but apparently has given up.
I haven't done anything new with them in a long time but my old shit is still working.
There are several much better alternatives now, both for auto blog creation and auto posting if you look around.
