paypal avs
I decided not to pay Paypal the 1500 fee for the new Visa/Mastercard regs. I wanted to hook up with an avs that offers Paypal and send my paypal signups their way. Am looking for one that offers monthly recurring instead of yearly signups. Does anybody know an AVS that offers that.
