:stop This just happened in Belgium - Panic in our little country

Belgium has been "seperated" since ages in two sections, we have the Dutch speaking people who live in "Flanders" and the French speaking people who live in "Wallonie". In the ongoing political debate between Flanders and Wallonie in Belgium the Belgian TV channel RTBF was doing a show about it. They wanted to show the community the dangers of the current situation and in the program they gave a fake newsflash that Flanders had just declared independancy and our king has left the country. Little did they know that everybody took this "test" serious. As people started to panic, calling police departements and gathering into the streets the channel just kept reporting the fake news because they where not aware wat was going on. The governement got together in an emergency meeting believing we where going into a state of war. On top of that CNBC got a hold of the "situation" and started reporting about it.
Two hours later the army was in red alert, the governement was still in emergency meeting and people where on the streets protesting.
Then ON TOP OF THIS ALL the RTBF channel showed the buildings of our Belgian TV channel VRT as they got blown up, offcourse this was also fake.
After about 30 minutes more they realized what was going on and stopped the show and told people it was only a "prophesy" of what COULD happen and slowly everything went back to normal uphere.

Damn..... we Belgians are nuts! Especially the channel RTBF.

Here is a link to a Belgian news site about it but the article is in Dutch language: http://www.vrtnieuws.net/nieuwsnet_m...jk/index.shtml

If i can find and English article about it i will post it, i hope somebody saw it on CNBC.
