I agree that the adult industry is facing wider public acceptance, and is gaining a more mainstream foothold in society.

Legally, however, right now is a very dangerous time of transition, and I fear many may get caught in the crossfire.

Scare tactics! But you are probably right about those who keep sloppy or non-existant records, same goes for mainstream companies that screw around (Enron?)
