if you have no freedom of speech, your friend would be kidnapped and killed or imprisoned for posting the videos of the incident and writing about it... but as it is, they are totally, completely and 100% free to do so, to mischaracterize the events, twist things around and turn it into propaganda on their anti-government, "Bush is a traitor" website, without any fear at all of reprecussions. sounds to me like their "freedoms" are just fine

Seems to me they did damage to a building and it's land which is legally owned by Mexico. I wonder if Mexican law applies here. If so, perhaps we should have rounded them up, shipped them all off to Mexico, and allowed them a taste of the Mexican Justice system.
Perhaps then, and only then, would they fully understand the rights they enjoy as Americans.
