Apparently this FOUR YEAR OLD CHILD hugged a teachers aid and his head touched her breasts. She reported the incident to school authorities as "sexual harassment", the child was suspended for inappropriate sexual contact:

Only in Waco Texas would a 4 year old be disciplined for "sexual harassment" and "inappropriate sexual contact" for giving a teacher's aid a hug.
