Seems like you guys are focused more on the celebs suing you.

It's the photographer that owns the picture, not the celeb. I would be worried more about the photog suing you.

Photos taken of celebrities (or anyone in a public setting) are legal as long as they are taken where they have no reasonable expectation of privacy. IE: paparazzi pics

If you steal another photographers work without their permission, that's against the law and has huge penalties if pursued.
