Yes, he is fairly new to politics; that much is true. About marijuana: He says he has done it when he was a teenager and has tried cocaine. I don't care what he has done when he was a kid, infact it comforts me that he has tried marijuana and is willing to admit it. Hell, our current president has also tried cocaine and has a record of alcohol abuse, yet he is in office. Aside from the lack of foreign policy experience, anything else?

Every politician gives the double talk, if you think otherwise you're crazy. Nothing new here. It's clear he doesn't agree with Bushs handling of Iraq; similar to the majority of Americans.

.. a silly name coincidence.. If voters are turned off to him due to this it's rather unfortunate. The same goes for his skin color.

I did not say he wasn't partisan or that he is running as an independent - I said he stressed that the partisan bickering does not get us anywhere. It doesn't help in terms of what America needs. It's useless.

I think everyone can agree with that, and I think everyone can agree with the need for change.
