Although they're paid listings, they still have to be relevant sites. I don't think google will drop dmoz though. I mean after all you're probably not getting alot of traffic from your dmoz listing. It's the pagerank that's sweet as honey. The worst that could happen is that the pagerank could be a bit increased on yahoo and reduced on dmoz.
