Fletch XXX, our officiers can do the job. If you had read properly, you would have noticed that the troops become under command of the host country. It would most likely be our troops that would be sent over to the U.S. as Canada wouldn't be a main target, though with your huge military budget, the extra help/protection would definitely be appreciated. Of course sadly, I think most Americans will then believe that the U.S. is once again our savoury for 'taking us under their wing'... which isn't what co-operation is defined as.
