I tried calling likewhoa 5 minutes ago and asked when is their upgrade. The person who answered the phone said "what upgrade?"

I then asked about tier1 bandwidth and was put on hold, then told someone would call me back.
(I'm waiting to hear from someone)

I'm worried, I was told they are upgrading to tier1 bandwidth, 10g connection etc... How can the person on the phone not know what I was talking about?

Didn't the CEO say things would be fine in a few days? I'm confused.
