CHMOD - It's completely out of line for you to insinuate that Paycom doesn't care about chargebacks. Managing ratios is our business.
When Paycom handles the password management (which we recommend) then we can help resolve issues like this. But some sites choose to do this on their own. In such case, you would have to contact the site to resolve a problem.
Charging back the transaction doesn't solve anything. In a case such as this if you can't access the content you purchased and can not resolve the problem with the website, Paycom can issue a credit.
