It looks like epssporte is a garage business with no respect for customers. there is nothing about this limit on their TOS or AUP (if they know what theese are)

If we do not receive such documentation following Our request to You, We reserve the right in Our sole discretion to freeze Your ePassporte Account or close Your ePassporte Account as provided below in Section VIII.
