SegPay is currently set up as an EU IPSP. To process Visa transactions you will need to have an EU corporation. MasterCard does not have the same regional restrictions so yes, we can process MC for Canadian webmasters.
We payout weekly at the moment. We will be moving to a payout on demand system in the future.
