The aebn rep might not see this.. anyway.. should have quoted him so that he would know it was directed to him. But I'll answer it for you..
Either you already have a theater for your site, or they will build one for you. Hit up your rep over there by email & ask for one.
Next, you need to create a subdomain off the domain you wish to have the theater at. you would use vod.domain.com , then you set up a cname for the subdomain & point it to template.aebn.net & it will put your theater on the sub.
or, you can cname a domain directly, though I do not reccomend this, as you'll want to use this domain for other things too.. the reason you use the sub is because you can not use it for anything but the theater.
