Im going to throw in my little Derek story here. Phoenix forum this year was my first show. Taking the cheap route then I stayed at a hotel about 5 miles away from the Palms. I think it was about 4:30am on Friday night and I had called a taxi and was waiting out on the bench in front of the hotel till the cab came. Derek and about 5 other guys came walking out on their way to get a bite to eat. Id never met or talked to Derek before, and I dont think he really knew me other than seeing me around the show a bit. We'd never even said hello and introduced each other as far as I remember.
He broke off from the group he was with for a minute and walks over to me sitting on the bench. He thought I was just bored or had nothing to do, so Derek asks me if I wanted to go grab a bite to eat with them. It was a hugely gracious thing to do and made me not have a doubt about what webcam program I would choose to promote. Since then we've partied together at alot of shows, and even shared some ALMOST dubious
adventures together. He has the heart of a lion, and I could never say no of any favor he ever asks!
